Not to be trusted

After placing a deposit on a unit that we were told had no issues and was in beautiful shape, sent us pictures and videos...we took the drive, 4+ hour drive to pick it up(they knew where we were coming from). When we showed up the sales rep and service tech never even came out to meet with us(apparently they got cold feet after telling all the lies)....first look at the not so perfect unit.....was water damage galore with even water streaks in the cabinets, soft spots, all the nails were rusted inside, dirty (except for the freshly shined tires) you name it. Did they think this would be over looked? They sure fed us a pretty story and we were very excited for this unit but Beware as this place can't be trusted!

Just had some work done and all of it has to be redone after about 50 miles. 2 brand new a\c units at 3grand each wont get below 94 degrees. Brake job was done now pedal goes to floor when holding pressure. And the abs light is on .trusted Said they fixed the parking brake and all they did was disconect the switch so now it will roll when the brake is on. After all this saftey issues this has been looked at by DOT and they will be going to do a full safey report inspectoin on the shop and i hope they find alot of violations and fine them big for putting poeples lives in danger.

Alan jipped us out of $15000 on our sales contract because they called & told us an offer by phone, then later said we accepted a "verbal offer." We didn't find out about this until the purchaser called with some ?'s & my husband asked him about his contract price. The solution would have been to spend considerable bucks to get an attorney & sue him.

But dishonesty doesn't pay; I just read of his passing less than 2 yrs. after our sale....

These owners are deplorable. Baring abhorrent hospitality.

And exceptional lack of reguard for the safety and well-being of their employees and/or the company's most valuable asset....the client. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

Worst decision

Our biggest regret was spending 50K on a RV from Aliance College. 2 months after purchase the stove and air has both went out on our 2 month 2018. The dealer offered 0 assistance in helping us with the process, wouldn’t even send a mobile unit to help.

We are having the same issue with our 2019 Coach we ordered, before we even took it home we found numerous issues, missing steps, AC doesn't work correctly, none of the vents are hooked up on our 2019 Keystone Impact 332 Toy Hauler. All we heard were excuses from Alliance Coach, either loose our deposit in-which we had a contract or we were told bring in for warranty work at another dealer as they were not able to repair there. Also told They will get with us the first of the week and get this taken care of, Ghost mode, no calls no return calls or emails. We no longer exist to them. This is on a Brand New Special Order Coach, NEVER pre-owned or shown before. They had no one to blame, and were not accepting the blame even though they Supposedly did a PDI, but missed flared fender, different tires, switches that do nothing, wires hanging touching the ground, AC not cooling properly- 2 Hours both Air Units were running but we were sweating inside.I was fine if I couldn't take the unit home, we had nothing Big planned till August.Right now I have a week old coach that seems to have a parasitic drain on the now Dead battery, with the disconnect switch activated, which no clock should kill the battery in a week.

Had an issue with our steps hanging up. Service rep. Named Rob said he and the tech one underneath and one above opened the steps 30 X and they were fine. We got home steps didn't work, we have been traveling for 3 days the steps never worked, had to use a ladder to get in/out. Had an issue with our toable car. We had talked to a tech in Texas they said lit was either the selenoid or the brake modual under the dash,, Rob and my husband test the selenoid and decided nothing was wrong. So that left the mudual as we told him. They spent for hours ldeciding that it was the modular as we stated in the beginning and charged us for the 4 hours even though we knew it was broken, The steps were fixed in west Memphis Arkansasa. The controller was malfunctino and the magnetic switch on the door was faulty. So we paid almost fourteen hundred dollars and no positive results. We have been charged by this new tech and additional 400 dollars and feel satisfied with the result. Too bad Alliance was not conscientious with our motor home. We will never go to Alliance again and will retell our story to all that will inquire about Alliance

Dissatisfied customer

Per my contract I paid Alliance Coach $700 for their techs to go through the coach checking and correcting issues. I asked various people about this charge and got weak sketchy answers. I waited 2.5 hours for the tech to walk me around the coach explaining things. He apologized several times for having answers because he was put on this coach a beginning of shift. After 45 minutes I was expected to understand how everything functioned. I pushed switches nothing happened.... we will fix it was his answer. I asked how this & that worked....his answer I don't know. I asked if everything was checked and functioned; if tire pressure was checked; if propane was checked. The drive to Louisiana was rough with the slamming/banging/ wondering on the road. I knew the coach had problems. I bought a quality air gauge to find the tire pressures were over inflated & under inflated. After correcting the pressure, the ride was still rough indicating air bag and shock problems. Driving through the Mississippi rain the passenger wiper assembly flew off. After parking in a RV park, I discovered the heat/air conditioning did not work. After many calls to Alliance techs, I was expected to play mechanic in the dark with 23* F weather coming. The 2 purchased Walmart electric heaters saved the day. The furnace came on during the night on its own accord. I tested the 3 air conditioners at that time & they also were working. As for the air bags I found a chassis shop which called Monaco manufacturing in Oregon. The Firestone system software on a certain computer when hooked to coach adjusts the 10 air bags. (the software cannot be put on just any computer). At this time Alliance and Monaco are the only 2 shops to have this equipment. Only one person in Oregon knows how to operate it. Why didn't the Alliance shop check the air bags? The road worthiness of the coach is questionable and unsafe. What did the $700 paid get me? Venture on the road, discover problems and get them repaired with phone calls & me playing mechanic......another used car salesman story.

Alliance Coach - Customer Care Review

Do not go here to purchase anything the people will lie to you just to make a sale! I put $1020.00 bucks down a used RV they said if they were any problems I would get it back. My contract says nothing about non refundable deposit. Then they told me that the service charge was more then my deposit. I looked over my contract and it said the service charge was $699. Im right in the middle of a nasty divorce and they dont even care. They just want to steal my money! Sad that money means so much they can kick you when your down.

Worst ever

Whatever you do..DO NOT buy an RV from this place...The WORST service I have ever seen. Bought one from them...NEW...had severe issues with it..could not get them resolved there. They had the RV 4 months out of the year we had it. We took it back 5 different times. Finally traded it with another dealer and lost 20,00.00 on the deal, So take my advice.. go anywhere but there..Their attitude is even terrible. They lie to you and have no conscience at all. The new customers come before the ones that have already purchased one. Once they get your money they don't care about you at all after that. Don't even think they are going to return your phone call that wont happen either. Kathy Woods

The lousiest R/V dealer.

I purchased a Class A from them in Lake Park and I've had nothing but grief from the start. They will not return your calls. Salesman always incognito?!? The service guy who told us if we needed anything let him know has become an angry ***!! They do not inspect the units as they should and I've had problems with A/C dash and front roof air. I called numerous times and finally went to center, but got no help from anyone! You expect more from a business when you spend that kind of money on an investment... Stay clear of these incompetent people and shop elsewhere!

Alliance replaced my a/c under warranty. I had replaced it myself a year earlier and it broke.

To process warranty with manufacturer, had to go through a dealer. They were very good, processed claim with supplier. Charged me one hour labor which was fair.I subsequently decided to buy a new RV from them a few months later. The guy that went over it at closing was basically OK but did not seem interested in going into details.I store the RV about a quarter mile from their Wildwood facility.

Had problem with radio and called them.

They came to the RV and helped me figure it out. That was appreciated.

Dont go there! I went there to get the flashing on a small slide out that had an awning over top (or would have done it myself). They wanted to quote me 7 to 8 hours labor, could be more they said...for an 1 hour job. Went to RV World of Lakeland instead and was charged honestly. Also, a buddy was charged 1500 plus labor just to fix his steps! The only few people I met that like them are those under warranty....Go to RV World of Lakeland instead!

WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT

JAN 4TH 2016 MOTORHOME IS IN ALLIANCE COACH IN WILDWOOD FLORIDA FOR A WINDSHIELD. 2 WEEKS LATER MOTORHOME IS STILL IN SHOP. THEY HAVE HAD WINDSHIELD SINCE BEFORE JAN 4TH BUT NOW THEY SAY THEY CAN'T INSTALL GLASS BECAUSE IT'S A LIABILTY ISSUE. THIS IS AN INSURANCE CLAIM AND SINCE GLASS HAS BEEN OUT FOR SO LONG TOP CENTER OF FRONT CAP HAS SAGGED. (A COMMON PROBLEM WITH MONACO COACHES) IT SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE TRYING FOR MORE MONEY FOR THE INSTALLATION. ONE OF THEIR MANAGERS SUGGESTED THAT FOR $10,000 THEY WOULD MODIFY THE COACH TO FIT THE GLASS. OTHER GLASS EXPERTS HAVE SUGGESTED AND DONE THIS INSTALL WITH OTHER COACHES WITH NO PROBLEMS SIMPLY BY LIFTING THE CENTER OF CAP.

A close friend is trying to purchase a used motor home....the entire staff knows he was leaving NJ by car tonight with a group of friends. Started getting run around this AM...price higher than negotiated last week, was told it was ready to go...now today around noon he was told it needs over 5k worth of service and won't be ready till next week. Then he tried calling them all day to discuss and attempt to resolve and no answer, no calls back and nothing resolved. The guys are on their way. It's a game these slime balls are playing in my eyes...they know he's coming from 1,000 miles plus...soo why play games? Well if this dealership thinks they will get away with this they are messing around with the wrong person ans his friends. He will ixnay the deal and they will all fly home...Don't think you are the only game in town or the country for that matter. Honesty is best policy and communication is most important.

Poor Service Department

They will professionally strip you of your money, and if anything goes wrong (and it will), they will not care, not return phone calls, and ignore you! Good luck if you deal with these people!! Ordered parts - waited forever - no return phone calls. Technician did not know what he was doing. Finally, they said parts were in - would ship them to me because I gave up and moved on. Never received the parts. No return phone calls. Nobody cares in the service department. They talk a great game, but it's a load of ***. and the service writers are a joke.

Do not buy or service an RV at Alliance Coach, Wildwood, Florida

Purchased a brand new 2011 Class C RV September 1 2010 from Alliance Coach, Wildwood, FL. Sent in Warranty list to dealer on September 3,2010 after 100's of phone calls multiple emails and 3 trips of multiple days spent at the dealership to get warranty list taken care of it is 3 weeks shy of the year and STILL NOT FIXED. I have gone to the president of Navistar and had them working to help me and just spoke to another technical service person who assured me that Holiday in Panama City placed the order for the parts last Thursday I called yesterday and had to call again today Holiday never placed the order and swears they did not say what I was told to the technical service person at Monaco headquarters. I called this person 2 times today and on the second call the receptionist tells me he has gone to a rally in Wisconsin and may be there for a week. I guess NavistarMonacoHoliday Rambler trains their employees and dealerships and staff to lie to the owners and never fix the motorhomes. Going to file for Florida Lemon Law September 1st. SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF AND DISAPPOINTMENT DO NOT BUY ANY NAVISTARMONACOHOLIDAY RAMBLER RV's from any dealership specially Alliance Coach, Wildwood, FL They all get an *** customer service and customer satisfaction.

I agree Alliance Coach of Wildwood Florida only cares about the money, they will NOT accept responsibility for anything.Take the Brand New Coach or breech in contract and your deposit, they don't care that they cant fix the issues found in the PDI take it to a servicing dealer to get the issues fixed with your brand new unit.Alliance Coach is highly NOT recommended.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR OR WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD! WE ALL MAKE DECISIONS IN LIFE THAT AFFECT OUR FINANCIAL STABILITY LATER ON IN LIFE SO IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD A HIGH END LUXURY COACH LOOK IN THE MIRROR AS YOU ONLY HAVE YOURSELF TO BLAME!

AS FOR THE DEALERSHIP NOT BEING ABLE TO ASSIST YOU IN WHAT YOU FEEL IS A TIMELY MANNER KNOW THAT THERE ARE 10,000 RV'S TO EVER 1 TECHNICIAN IN THE UNITED STATES RIGHT NOW. PLEASE DON'T THINK YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO NEEDS SERVICE. THEY ARE DOING THE VERY BEST THEY CAN WITH WHAT THEY HAVE. ADDITIONALLY THEY ARE EXTREMELY BUSY BECAUSE OF THEIR REPUTATION...

EVERYONE WANTS TO GO TO ALLIANCE COACH IN WILDWOOD, FL OR LAKE PARK, GA. THEY ARE REPUTABLE IN EVERY WAY AND THERE IS A HIGH DEMAND FOR THAT KIND OF SERVICE. THEY HAVE THE MOST COMPETENT RV TECHNICIANS IN THE RV INDUSTRY HANDS DOWN WHEN COMPARRED TO OTHER DEALERSHIPS. BY THE WAY...

WHY DON'T YOU ELABORATE AND TELL THE READERS THAT ALLIANCE COACH OF WILDWOOD PROVIDED YOU WITH A RV PARKING SPACE WITH FULL HOOK-UPS AT NO EXPENSE TO YOU WHILE YOU WERE THERE.

NO OTHER RV DEALERSHIP OFFERS THAT. JUST MY 2 CENTS WORTH AND I AM A FREQUENT CUSTOMER.

they are realy bad liars to boot tom the sales manager is the biggest one

WOW!!!! Thanks for the info will spread the word

Read the Lemon Law booklet. IT is different for RV's than it is for cars etc..

A bit more involved. I used the LL in Arkansas on a NEW buick some years ago and won big time. GM sent a special tech down to go against me in Arbitration. He looked like a complete fool afterwards.

Went back home completely embarrassed. I suggest you keep a LOG of everything that is said and done and who said and what they did. Phone numbers, conversations and dates will save the day if you are right. When you start it...DON'T stop.

They will try to make concessions when they see you are serious.

Stick it to 'em! Good luck!

Guest

I have a Monaco Signature. No service problems (yet) but their labor fees and quality of workmanship SUCKS! :?

Guest

Good luck with the lemon law thing. Your screwed.

As for alliance coach, they are capable, but way overpriced.

Maybe that is how they could afford their new location in south Georgia. Good luck- sounds like your gonna need it.

Guest

Don't waste time with Fl lemon law, it only covers the engine and trans., not the R/V.
